Doors For Dummies

Purpose: Design and produce a product that will go viral on the internet
Opening doors the wrong way is a very common yet hilarious mistake. Doors for Dummies was built to embarrass and record your friends as they open doors wrong.
There are two components
(1) Force sensing -- Notes when the door is pushed the wrong way
(2) Camera -- Snaps a photos of "dummies"
The project was approve by a panel of judges after an intense four hour class hackathon. At the end of the semester, I produced a video explaining how the set up was made. This project pushed me to be more comfortable with coding Arduino IDE, circuitry, CAD, and mechanical systems.
